TIM JOYCE
In 27 years Tim Joyce has been working comedy clubs and colleges in 43 states, as well as Canada and Ireland. TV credits include ABC (America’s Funniest People), Comedy Central (Stand-Up Stand-Up and Short Attention Span Theatre), and recently on WeTV’s Stand Up Mom. He has also appeared on the regional Fox TV stand up revues Night Shift and Live At The Funny Farm as well as CHCH TV’s Club 54 in Canada. His comedy is featured on the ComedyTimeTV.com webcast from the Pasadena Ice House, and Sirius Radio’s RawDog Comedy Channel. Live credits include The Improv, Laugh Factory, and Luna Park in LA; The Comedy Cellar and New York Comedy Club in NYC; Chicago’s Improv, and Laugh Factory; The Cleveland Improv; Funny Bone Comedy Clubs in St. Louis, Green Bay, and Syracuse; Bonkerz in Milwaukee; and Helium in Buffalo. Colleges he has performed at include Northwestern, Harvard, St. Bonaventure, Penn State, WVU, Brown, and UCLA. He’s headlined the Chicago Comedy Festival and the Binghamton Comedy Festival in 2013/14.
     
While in Chicago to attend the Second City Training Center, Tim ended up ghost writing material for their Mainstage and ETC shows, working with talented writer-performers such as Tina Fey and Steve Carrell. In all he spent 25 years living, performing and writing in Chicago, as well as teaching those skills to hundreds of aspiring writer/performers. He was the comedy writing instructor at the Improv in Chicago for 11 years, and a private coach to comedy aspirants since 1994. His Syracuse workshops regularly sell out, and his symposium-workshop: “Satire: The Intersection Of Politics And Comedy” (part of a course keynoted By Seth Myers) was a huge success at Ithaca College in April 2014. Currently he also teaches writing/performing at New Phoenix Theatre and Helium.

Tim’s now back in his hometown of Buffalo accompanied by Connie, his wife of over 31 years. In 2013 he was honored to be chosen as one of “Buffalo’s 5 Best Standup Comedians” by ArtVoice Magazine. He’d never trade his Blue Collar roots for anything.


Darrell Dawson
is a comedian and writer from Ohio who performs at comedy clubs throughout the country. Since first stepping on stage in 2008, he has been selected to perform in the Grand Rapids, Atlanta, Columbus and Cleveland comedy festivals. This past spring, he performed at Columbus' Rock On The Range festival. On the road, he has opened for such comedians as Todd Barry, Anthony Jeselnik, Kyle Kinane and John Heffron.
